UPA Bahasa informs students of Politeknik Negeri Malang that if, after taking the independent retest (second test), your TOEIC score has not yet met the minimum score requirements as stipulated in the Official Memo of the Vice Director I Number 72/WADIR I/KM/2025 (450 for D-III and 500 for D-IV), you may apply for a TOEIC Statement Letter.

Important Provisions:
- The recognized TOEIC test must be an official test with the ETS logo.
- For candidates for graduation at the main campus, it is mandatory to bring proof of a TOEIC certificate with a score below 500 when submitting the application.

Please download the letter format from the link above and complete it accurately and thoroughly. - Submission of the Letter
For PSDKU Graduation Candidates:
Send the soft file of the completed letter via WhatsApp to Ms. Desy (UPA Bahasa Admin) at 081333135526.
For Main Campus Graduation Candidates:
Bring the hard copy of the completed letter along with proof of an official TOEIC certificate bearing the ETS logo to the UPA Bahasa office, Graha Polinema, 3rd Floor, during working hours.
UPA Bahasa urges students to promptly process the TOEIC Statement Letter if they have already taken the second test but their score has not yet reached the minimum standard. Please ensure that the test taken is an official test with the ETS logo so that it can be processed.
