Based on the official regulation issued by Politeknik Negeri Malang regarding the Final Project/Thesis Examination for the Even Semester of Academic Year 2025/2026, students are required to fulfill several administrative and academic requirements before taking the examination.
One of the mandatory requirements is the submission of a valid TOEIC certificate issued by UPA Bahasa Polinema with the following minimum scores:
- 450 for Diploma III students
- 500 for Applied Bachelor (D-IV) students
Students who have not yet achieved the minimum TOEIC score are allowed to retake the TOEIC test at ITC independently.
In addition to the TOEIC certificate, students must also:
- Pass all required courses up to Semester 5 (Diploma III) or Semester 7 (D-IV)
- Submit the approved Final Project/Thesis manuscript
- Submit a draft of a scientific article approved by the supervisor
- Submit the Statement of Administrative Clearance (SKLA)
- Complete the required Student Activity Credit (SKKM)
- Confirm graduate biodata to the Study Program Academic Administrator
- Complete compensation work requirements, if applicable
For International Class students, an International Exposure Credit (SKKEI) with a minimum score of 10 is also required.
The examination schedule is as follows:
Phase 1
- Final Project/Thesis Examination: 1–5 June 2026
- Revision Period: until 19 June 2026
- Thesis Judicium: until 21 June 2026
Phase 2
- Final Project/Thesis Examination: 22–26 June 2026
- Revision Period: until 10 July 2026
- Final Judicium: until 12 July 2026
Phase 3
- Final Project/Thesis Examination: 11–21 July 2026
- Revision Period: until 4 August 2026
- Final Judicium: until 7 August 2026
Graduation registration and ceremony schedules:
- Graduation Batch 1: 29 August 2026
- Graduation Batch 2: 26 September 2026
- Graduation Batch 3: 31 October 2026
- Graduation Batch 4: 28 November 2026
Students are encouraged to complete all requirements as early as possible to avoid delays during the examination and graduation process.
