Register Independent TOEICSurat keterangan ini diperuntukkan bagi mahasiswa yang telah mengikuti ujian TOEIC sebanyak dua kali, namun belum memenuhi skor minimum yang ditetapkan. Batas skor yang berlaku adalah di bawah 450 untuk program D-III dan di bawah 500 untuk program D-IV. Mahasiswa yang memenuhi kriteria tersebut dapat mengajukan permohonan surat keterangan melalui prosedur berikut.

Unduh dan isi lengkap Surat Keterangan yang terlampir, kemudian cetak dan serahkan ke Admin UPA Bahasa di Graha Polinema Lantai 3 pada jam kerja.
Unduh Surat Keterangan — bit.ly/SuratKeteranganTOEICSertakan salinan sertifikat TOEIC yang masih berlaku — baik yang ujiannya difasilitasi Polinema maupun yang diperoleh secara mandiri.
Masukkan semua berkas (Surat Keterangan yang sudah diisi & salinan sertifikat TOEIC) ke dalam map plastik sebelum diserahkan ke admin.
